Where is the download for Blockloader mod?

I can only find the post for how to install modded blocks using this mod, but I can't find where to download the mod

It is included now with the new version of spaar's modloader. Download that instead.

I'm using the latest Spaars Modloader, and I have downloaded and installed a lot of mods that are supposed to add blocks, which show up in the mod loader, and are enabled.
I even have a 'Modded Blocks' button down the bottom left now, too.
However, there are no modded blocks in my game

Make sure that the blocks that you download are marked as: 0.32 because if it says 0.3 it won't work. If you're having some other problems then you are probably not installing them correctly.

Not all blockmods have updated to use the built-in block-loader yet.

Unfortunately, no. I tried installing it but it didn't work. If you want, try it for yourself as I'm not 100% certain.
