Weird wheel contact behaviour

Let the pictures to speak themselves. Three wheels, in simulation connector will cut off and middle wheel dosen't work etc "wtf". Scenario is pretty unintuitive and its really not clear bug (unlike I think when I start writing this). So if you have some ideas how to "fix" this buglike thing feel free to do it, if not have a nice day and thanks from great game anyway.

Not a bug. Large wheels have 5 fixed connection points on their external face, as well as 4 fixed connection points around their perimeter. Objects attached to these points will attempt to rotate/move in relation to the wheel
