Will the machines that I have created be available if I enter the game from another computer? Or do I have to upload them to steam workshop or manually transfer them from one computer to another?

they wont appear they are in your besiege folder in folder named "saved machines"

If you want, you can just manually create automatic sync from cloud drive with entire Besiege save data.
This enables the exact same save data to work with two different computers, as long as both computer are connected to the Internet.
