We've planned to update for 0.05, though I haven't had time to do so the last week, and zodium probably haven't had time either, but I might be able to update later today. Though don't hope for much since I'm not completely sure that I'll have time today.

It seems like it will take some time to update because of busyness. If somebody could just use JustDecompile + Notepad/Compare and update it for us it would be greatly appreciated.

While you're waiting, check out MultiMod, it contains some of the essential features.

I think I did this right? I opened up v4 original, your v4, and then v5. In JD, I went to Tools -> Create Project, saved all the files and then diffed/merged them.

If you take a look at the title it says that this is for Besiege v0.04. The current version is v0.05, what you describe is a common symptom of trying to use this on a version of Besiege that it wasn't intended for. So, while this is not updated you can't use it with the newest version of Besiege. Maybe take a look at MultiMod instead, it provides some of the features.

Also, some people will consider writing in ALL CAPS to be rude, so I suggest you just write normally.
