need for help with skin packs

i have a non-steam version of besiege and i can't use or create any skin pack without downloading it

can anyone help me

Put skin packs in your "Skins" folder, copy the folder that's already there (name it something else) and modify it to make a skin-pack

It's possible to get a steam-key on the same page you downloaded the non-steam version. You could try installing Besiege through steam, subscribe to a skin-pack, then move it to the skins folder of your non-steam version

Depends, if you want to change models then Blender or Maya might be good.
If you just want to change the texture, just use any image editing software, personally I prefer paint.net
