How do you get the type of propeller with an attachment point???

Whilst I was looking through some cool planes on steam I found that some of the creations had propellers connected to propellers. Looking further into it I found that it seemed to be another type of block and that is featured on other plane builds. So I would like to know how to get this type of propeller, please help?

 

change the block id to 52.
But i don't recommend using it as it will make your machine very laggy
