Game Won't Start

Stays on 'initializing' screen. Only if you alt-tab do you realize it's crashed - the error is hidden behind the initializing screen (and you have no way of accessing it, you can only view it by holding alt-tab).

Error files attached.

Note, the game worked fine until I did a machine rebuild. I have uninstalled/reinstalled game and verified game cache.
