Does this block look familiar to you? Unknown Block (64)

When I was playing Besiege for fun, I checked some of my old creations, I discovered that there was something connected to my creation, I checked it with the binding tool all it said was, "UNKNOWN BLOCK (64)".
If you're aware to this discovery, please care to explain... or just ignore because this has nothing to do with my gameplay.

Yep, I did some extensive 'research' (more messing around, honestly)
they used to be completely unobtainable except for some glitches with mods (some chinese builders manged to make a engine using them, though I couldn't find out how) They don't do anything but they WERE meant to be activated with U iirc, and would kind of act like a radial vacuum for metal blocks (though they don't do any of that)
