Can't install mod loader

So I try to install the mod loader, and it gives me this error,
-532462766
I check integrity of game files, still happening
I uninstall every last version, even though none are installed, still happening
I delete the mod folder, still happening
I restart the computer, still happening..
Does anyone know how to fix this?

I don't see that file

you create a new folder called Mods inside Besiege_data folder

I don't see that file

It's inside the archive you've downloaded.
